We customize our Nanny Services to meet your family’s unique child care needs with a Nanny with whom we have had a face-to-face interview. We provide Nanny Services ranging from part-time to a full-time Nanny; Live-In Nanny, Live-Out Nanny, Weekend Nannies, Temporary Nannies, Emergency Nannies, Night Nannies, Baby-sitters and Elder Care Nannies. At TBNA our customer service is UNMATCHED.

We do all the work for you so you don’t have to interrupt your busy life towards providing for your children.

• Our well organized find care column sorts through qualified Nanny Agents to find the best for your individual family’s needs.
• With the database of the kind of profile individual families specify, we schedule Phone Call Interviews with three viable candidates.
• When the family is satisfied with the candidates, they make a 50% payment of the Agency Fee.
• We then schedule a face to face Nanny interview per the selection you made after the phone interviews.
• Upon final selection by the family, the other 50% payment of the agency fee is made by the family and necessary documentations are made to process placements.

Childcare and Nanny Concerns do not always arise from 9-5 during the week. To help fill this need, TBNA operates a Trust Box Emergency Call Service including holidays and can dispatch a Nanny any time of day or night.

TBNA has the most rigorous and thorough background check in the Nanny industry.

As an LLB Holder, our President is keen on the protection of all its stakeholders, thus, our president ensures a law-backed safety net for all, hence a thorough background check for both the nannies and families. Due to this, we feel confident that we are doing everything we can to make sure that your Nanny is safe to be in your home protecting both your children and your possessions.

At TBNA, our background screening process includes the following:

• live in-person interview
• a national criminal history check which includes a sexual offender database check, court records searches
• motor vehicle histories (if the position involves driving)
• and complete and extensive reference checks (their experience MUST be verified).

TBNA also does an extensive internet scan to verify the facts in the Nanny application and looks in detail at the social networking websites to verify and establish character.

Screening Process

Our Nannies are Thoroughly Screened. We have taken special measures to ensure that all of our Nannies have a sincere desire to work with children.

Our Trust Nanny Agents (TNA) therefore comply to the following screening:

• In-person interviews

• Driver’s license check (for families that require their nanny’s to drive)
