Requirements
- Must be 18 or above but below 41
- Must have at least a Senior High School Certificate, a certificate in Early Childhood, a degree or diploma in Nursing or any other field.
- Must be legal to work in Ghana, have a valid National ID or work permit.
- Must provide 3 references that the agency and families may contact. A minimum of 1 year childcare experience OR at least 1 year prior professional experience (prior daycare, teaching, nanny, etc.).
- CPR certified or willing to learn, become or renewed through our training.
- Certificate is highly recommended for Elderly Care and Disabled Care Nannies
- Ability to use modern home equipment like Computers, Refrigerators/Freezers, TVs, Cookers, Ovens, Micro-waves, Hoovers, Vacuum Cleaners, Radios, telephones, Alarm systems, toasters, etc. as well as specialized medical/life support equipment;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Good interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with people.
